I have utilized measuring devices that include swedegages, pitch micrometers, standard and vieiner calipers, sylvac height gauges, radius gauges, dial indicators, anvil micrometers, depth micrometers, shadow graph etc… Requirements also included the ability to use windows systems and to be proficient in reading engineering prints. 2006 – 2011 – Insurance Phone Inspector, Group Management/US Reports Inc I worked for US-Reports as a subcontractor through a company by the name of Group Management II. I conducted phone interviews for general liability, product liability, liquor liability and workman’s compensation liability for commercial business policy holders. I conducted those interviews over the telephone and had to submit completed work in a computer format that was then sent by email back to the client. 2005 – 2006 – C.N.C / Saw Operator, Genesis Store Fixtures I operated a C.N.C Lathe machine and an automatic rip saw for an n office fixture company. The company makes and sales desks and other office furniture to banks as well as to other business. The job required programming downloads and adjustments during operation. Tools used include Microsoft computer systems, calipers and tape measures. 2003 – 2004 – C.N.C Operator, Associated Thermoforming I worked as a Mill Operator with the working involving Motion Master Machine set-ups and programming downloads. I also performed programming adjustments during the operation of the equipment. Requirements included the ability to read prints as well as to inspect the parts being milled was in tolerance. Items included a variety of plastic parts for medical equipment, commercial bus companies, exercise equipment and soda machine manufactures. I sent audit letters to the insured parties and waited for them to return the audit information. I then verified the information I received and processed it into a computer format. I would then print the completed audit information and return that information to the insurance carrier. 2001 – 2003 – S.M.T. Operator and PC Board Hand-loader, Flextronics I operated an automated Surface Mount Technology machine and performed PC board hand-loading.
