Then I became a QA for my production line checking meat product testing raw meat with chemicals,measuring cuts and weighting product entering data and checking line production. Then I became team lead for my production line. I was out going getting employees to work together doing most paper work for my supervisor. Checking employees for the PPE and making sure they where in the rite state of mind to work with knifes. I would take over for my supervisor on days he was doing audits. I kept everybody moving and work safe gave out breaks if needed. helped out everybody that need the help. aways doing a little more then what was asked of me. | |
