    I think we are going to go ahead and get rid of Victor Villanueva. He has been slacking on the job quite a bit and he doesn’t seem to be taking things serious.  Also, on Saturday her said he was stuck in the snow but never call back to let us know whether he was coming showing up for work or not.   Let’s go ahead and keep Cesar after all so he can take over Victor’s schedule which is Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
