Including pay schedules for monthly depositors, quarterly reports, and filing for dissolution of businesses. I would complete any workman's comp audits necessary. I managed heavy accounting as well. I corresponded with the IRS on a daily basis handling levy's, tax ID numbers, transcript ordering, and first time abatements. Customer service was first priority during my employment here. I interacted in a fast pace environment multi-tasking two or three tasks at a time.. The firm was very driven, with nationwide clientele. I worked daily becoming proficient with Excell, Quickbooks, Word, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Office. I scheduled all appointments. In state and out, and ran any errands necessary to ensure the proper function of the firm. I oversaw all procedures taken in obtaining resolution per client, and diligently followed up with clients to confirm accuracy and quality of any services provide. I solely managed Accounts Receivable. Invoicing, securing payment plans, and running all payments made were among the overall task. I was accountable for all mail. Incoming and outgoing. I was passionate about my job, and the service we provided. I feel it necessary to complete a duty promised prior to the deadline, allowing the client sufficient time to review the work and our company amend, if any, discrepancies. I chose throughout the duration of my employment to provide clients with my personal cell number in aspirations of even more rapid resolution during times clients would seek immediate gratification. In essence my daily goal remained to provide the highest quality and accurate services needed, while illustrating a genuine eagerness to not just "do our job," but go above and beyond procedure in following up and ensuring their each and every request or issue was completed. "Follow through," as I just mentioned would simply consist of either calling the client outside of hours of operation or e-mailing inquiring on their personal opinion and confidence in everything we assisted them in. I think quality genuine customer service is most vital when working with the public. Exuding great tact, knowledge, courtesy, and willingness in any interaction made with existing clients as well as potential. Using face to face interaction in the workfield, I gained intuitive knowledge and skill in dealing with the public and different personalities.
