  I gave Melissa and Orlando a verbal warning in regards to them leaving on Tuesday. Orlando went home sick. Melissa went home also without my knowing. Her reason being, Orlando is her ride. I let them know that just because one goes does not mean the other can go home also. It is too hard to change staffing when that happens.
