Generally, eight to ten trucks unloaded per shift. As a shipper, my duties included loading and shipping finished product at an average rate of four trucks per twelve hour shift (according to load diagram with and without airbags). These were generally customer loads, but there were transfer loads as well as STOs. As shipping and receiving clerk, I carried through the responsibilities of checking in loaded freight into the lot, and checking out empty and/or loaded outbound trailers from the lot, via TMS and WMS systems as well as SAP.
