I’m sorry you felt frustrated with the application process with Corporate Management Group. It is standard 
with any application process at any company to go through an interview, even several, before being hired. 
Because you were not scheduled for an appointment, the onsite manager did not have time in her schedule 
to interview you at that moment, so we decided we’d call you when a position opened up or at a more 
convenient time for her. As we get positions frequently, we utilize a “standby” or “pipeline” system for 
those applicants we feel would be ideal employees at our company. That way, as new positions open up, 
which they do weekly, we can call those people and get them to work as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, because of the rude nature of your email, we will be unable to consider you for 
employment with Corporate Management Group. We wish you the best of luck in your job search and 
future endeavors.

Rochester, MN. Reichel Foods is a food production facility.  
The shifts available are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.  
 
Starting pay is $7.50 for 1st and 2nd shift. $8.50 for 3rd shift.  
 
Qualified applicants will have: the ability to work in a cold environment (40-42), work with peanut butter 
and pork products, be quick and efficient, able to work with people of different cultures/backgrounds, be 
able to stand for 8 hours, be able to work 8 days of the week as production needs dictate, and be able to 
follow directions.
